Multi-dimensional diagnosis is what sets us apart most; it lets us understand each case and determine the intervention required.

Yet however important, diagnosis is never more than a starting point for treatment and development — never a label used to define or stigmatize a case. Nor do we assume that everything an individual presents with stems from a single diagnostic label. Our assessment is multi-dimensional and precisely differential, distinguishing between a diagnostic label that meets its full set of criteria — per the world's leading diagnostic references — and isolated indicators that merely resemble it, without confusing these indicators with co-occurring features that may not, in fact, be attributable to it. We take into account every organic, neurological, sensory, developmental, functional, psychological, and environmental factor behind behavioral, language, academic, or social difficulties, building for every case an individual diagnostic profile that precisely identifies strengths and needs, explains the causes, and assesses how modifiable each one is — because we never treat symptoms apart from their causes. The expertise of DSC's multidisciplinary team (physicians across all specialties, psychometric specialists, special-education specialists, educators, and the family) then comes together to design evidence-based Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and follow their implementation with precision — without delay, hardship, or unnecessary cost — so every case can reach the highest possible level of achievement and quality of life.
